FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) How long does it take to clear a lot?

There are many factors to be considered before committing to a timeline to clear land in the Hilo area.  Number one factor is the weather, it rains a LOT here.  Other factors are the size and location of the lot, the terrain and the type of clearing needed.

 

2) Do you give clearing quotes over the phone?

Since there are so many elements involved in clearing land, it is best for me to "walk" the property. I also want to understand exactly how you want the land cleared.  Do you want trees and rocks removed?  The location of your house pad and septic tank.

 

3) Do you guarantee your work?

My goal is to clearly understand your expectations.  I always have my clients review and accept my work before I move forward.

 

4) Do you have your own machinery?

I am not dependent on rental equipment, although if needed I have access to rentals. I have two excavators,  a Case 350,and a  Case 160.  Therefore, once we agree on a schedule, I am at your property.
